About us

  • From One Mother to a Thousand!

Dr. Aswathy is a Homoeopath and a mother of two beautiful kids. She grew up in a family who were passionate about agriculture and organic farming. She always admired her parents’ dedication to the land and the environment, and she wanted to pass on the same values to her children. However, when she moved to the city for her career, she realized how difficult it was to find healthy and natural food products for her family. She also noticed that many of her young patients suffered from allergies, asthma, and other respiratory problems due to poor nutrition and pollution. She was worried about the long-term effects of these issues on the children’s health and well-being.

She decided to do something about it. She returned to her hometown in Kerala during the covid pandemic, and started a conversation with her family about her vision. She wanted to create a start-up that would provide high-quality food products and nurturing essentials for kids, sourced from local farmers and producers. She wanted to promote a lifestyle that was in harmony with nature and tradition, and that would boost the immunity and vitality of the children.
Her family was supportive of her idea, and helped her launch “Nature Nosh India” - a start up that aims to nourish the next generation with the best of nature.
Nature Nosh India was born out of Dr. Aswathy’s love for her children, her respect for her parents, and her concern for society. She believes that by providing wholesome and natural food products and nurturing essentials for kids, she can make a positive difference in their lives and in the world. She hopes to expand her start up to reach more customers across India and beyond, and to collaborate with more farmers and producers who share her vision. She also plans to create a community of parents and educators who can exchange ideas and experiences on how to raise healthy and happy children.

Dr. Aswathy is grateful for the support and encouragement of her family, especially her mother, and sister-in-law, who are involved in the day-to-day operations of the start-up. She is proud of her achievements, and she is excited for the future. She is not just a doctor, a mother, or an entrepreneur. She is a changemaker.
