We accept returns in special cases and it will be handled personally. The return should be initiated by the customer to the address provided in the website.
Once the product is received by us and the return is valid, the refund will be initiated in 2-4 business days.
We take every return order with personal attention and we process refunds the day we receive the product and passes the checks.
